I received a call earlier today regarding some loft insulation they say we’ve had fitted (which is definitely not the case) warning that it’s leading to condensation issues. They assured me it’s nothing serious, and suggested we have yet another survey done. I have to say, no thank you!

I received a call from Tom, and it was clear right away that he was pushing loft insulation. To say he had a poor attitude would be an understatement! He was more than eager to try and take my money for his insulation, but when I cheekily suggested a trade - my double glazing for his loft product - he suddenly lost interest. And when I threw in the option of a battleship model I was parting with at quite a bargain, he abruptly ended the call. Really, I found that rather off-putting; a proper discussion would have been the courteous thing to do!
