I got a rather odd phone call from this number, with someone purporting to be from Amazon. They informed me that a transaction had been processed from my account at 5:30 this morning. They then suggested they could assist in getting my money back and requested that I boot up my rarely-used desktop and access certain webpages. Trusting my instincts, I refrained from divulging any bank details and ended the conversation, stating that I would be in touch with my bank straight away, which I promptly did. Still, I can't shake the feeling that they might attempt to pull a similar stunt again in the future.
