4 monthsSaw the number 01237 260767 pop up and decided not to pick up since it showed as maybe a scam. They didn’t even leave a voicemail or anything. Had a quick look here and with all the reports and loads of people searching it, I’m just gonna block it to be safe.5 monthsGot a dodgy call from a bloke with a strong Indian accent. He asked for the homeowner by their last name and said it was about some government green initiative. Claimed he wasn’t trying to sell anything, but sounded off to me. I told him I wasn’t interested and suggested he find a more honest line of work before hanging up. The number showed as from Biddeford, Devon, but it could be based anywhere really. I’m going to block it now after leaving this note and checking a couple of similar complaints recently. Seems like a scam centre using the same number. Best to steer clear.BiddefordDevon5 monthsGot a call from someone who was clearly struggling with English, claiming to have a very English name. They said my local phone exchange was being upgraded and that I might lose my landline. Before they could go on, I just told them to stop wasting my time and find some real work. I’m totally fed up with these calls.5 monthsHad this call from someone overseas trying to sell me home security stuff. I said I wasn't interested and then they started shouting horrible names at me, kept telling me to get lost in a really rude way. Proper nasty experience.Submit Your Own Report (01237 260767)
