This time, a man with a strong Asian accent phoned me, asking for me by name, but weirdly it was about my washing machine warranty! What’s going on - one day it’s about my mortgage, and now suddenly it’s washing machines? So odd! Honestly, this cold call centre seems shady and possibly up to no good.
