Got a call from someone saying they were with EE, offering a 40% discount on my bill. They asked me to say how much my bill was and didn’t say anything when I gave the wrong figure. The person got quite insistent after a while. They couldn’t give clear answers about the offer. Then they wanted me to confirm and arrange a new direct debit through email. They hung up before I got the email though. Not sure if it was a proper scam or legit yet.
