Some bloke with an Indian accent rang me up pretending to be from Amazon, asking if I’d tried to buy a mobile. I said no, then he passed me onto a woman, also sounding Indian, who started talking about some dodgy activity on my account. I told her it’s the bank’s responsibility to alert me if something like that happens, and she just got irritated and hung up on me. Complete tossers!!!
