I never made this call yet they still charged me! Really annoyed about it!

I was going through my detailed phone bill trying to figure out where all these random charges were coming from, and this number kept showing up even though I know I never dialled it. The thing is, there isn't even a phone connected to this line, so nobody here could've made the call.
I’m not sure how long this has been happening, but I definitely got billed for calls to this same number and also to 09070123457.

My most recent BT bill says I phoned this number back on 1st September 2019. Thing is, we’ve not even hit September yet, so that really threw me off. Weirdly enough, it didn’t cost me a penny either. What’s going on with that?
