Got a call from a lady with a strong English accent, asking about a car crash. She talked really clear except when she mentioned the company name, couldn’t catch that bit. We’re watching Named & Shamed on BBC1 at the time, which is all about dodgy insurance claims. I told her that and she just ended the call right away. They keep calling but always from different numbers.
