The moment I answered, the call just dropped after a couple of seconds with no one speaking. They tried calling back a few hours later, but I didn’t pick up. The phone kept ringing until it went to voicemail. I then called my landline wondering if mobiles are easier to track or something?

Got a call from someone claiming to be BT saying there was a problem with my internet and that others were using my wifi. Definitely a scam, steer clear!

Got a call from someone in India pretending to be from BT security about suspicious internet activity. They wanted me to open the event log on my computer and convinced me they could fix some errors. Then they asked to remotely access my PC, probably to install malware, and would later demand payment to 'clean' it up. I played along but once they saw I wasn’t falling for it, they started shouting and ended the call suddenly. Total scam.
