I inquired about the source of my number, and their response was simply to tell me to bugger off!

I inquired about who the caller was trying to reach, but they were rather evasive and wouldn’t provide a name, which led me to hang up. They claimed to be from something called "Phonebox," but I’ve never heard of such a company, so I suspect it’s just another spam attempt.

As soon as I picked up, the caller hung up without uttering a word. The number was from Coatbridge, but I don’t recognise anyone there, nor do I have any acquaintances linked to that area. Quite baffling, really!

Received a call around 3:15 this afternoon from a number I didn't recognise. It appears to be linked to Coatbridge. After checking out some previous comments, I've decided to add this number to my blocked list. Honestly, the authorities ought to take some action on these pesky calls!

Received a call that rang four or five times before abruptly disconnecting. Noticed other calls from numbers associated with Coatbridge, so I've decided to block this one as well.

I keep my phone on silent for numbers not saved in my contacts. If it were urgent, they'd have the courtesy to leave a voicemail, wouldn’t they? Clearly, it's just another scam.

I picked up a call on my phone, only to be met with an eerie silence. Shortly after, a man with a foreign accent introduced himself as being from Carphone Warehouse, claiming he required details about my network provider. Oddly enough, he insisted that Carphone Warehouse was my network provider. I promptly informed him that they don't actually provide my service and probed for the true purpose of his call. Unsurprisingly, he disconnected without a word. I've gone ahead and blocked the number. What a nuisance!

Just the usual cheekiness from that Mumbai number. Time to block it!

Claims to be affiliated with Curry’s PC World.

Today has been rather relentless with these calls. This number, along with 02045387799, has buzzed my phone multiple times—more than two, to be precise. It’s evident that there's been some sort of breach or mishap regarding data somewhere.

I reckon this one’s a dodgy setup – they're requesting your banking info and passwords, which is a huge red flag! Be sure to keep such details to yourself and steer clear of sharing them!

Definitely a con artist, without a doubt. This bloke claimed to be offering some sort of EE deal for just a fiver a month, with unlimited everything as though he’s trying to do a good deed. But let's be real, the actual EE is far from generous – they're more like highwaymen! Best to steer clear of this one.

Claimed to be from Three, she promised me a lovely goody bag. But the moment she asked for my password, I was straight on the line disconnecting!

The person on the other end spoke rather poorly and claimed to be from EE, stating that I was eligible for an upgrade. However, since I don't even have an account with EE, I'm inclined to think it’s a dodgy attempt to phish for personal information or steal my money.

Just like the earlier remark, this number rang but said nothing at all before cutting off within a matter of seconds. I've now decided to block it.

He claimed to be ringing on behalf of my mobile network, which he actually identified correctly, then switched gears and said he was from Carphone Warehouse. When I declined his offer, he requested my email address. So, while he had my phone number and network, I didn't give him my email and decided to end the call.
