I got this card in the post about a warranty deal so I rang the number on it. At first, I thought it was legit and even shared my VIN with them. Then all of a sudden, they asked for the last thirteen digits of my credit card, which seemed really dodgy to me. Definitely felt like a scam.

Someone kept ringing me up asking for a person I’ve never heard of. I told them they had the wrong number, but they just wouldn’t stop calling.
