I got a call supposedly for my mother-in-law, saying there was a problem with her computer. They asked if they could send a link so she could share her screen with them. Felt really fishy, so I didn't go along with it.

I got a call from this number claiming they provide call blockers for BT. They tried saying my card had expired and asked me to give them new card info. I told the caller my card was still valid and it wasn’t even connected to my BT account in the first place.

An elderly lady, who's 90, got a call from this number. They were asking for her bank info, telling her her direct debit had run out or something like that. Really dodgy, if you ask me.

I got one of those calls where they just stay quiet and then hang up. I don’t bother calling back unless they leave a voice message telling me who they are, what company they’re from, their address and a direct number to reach them on.

I’ve had this number call me several times now, but as soon as I answer there’s just silence for a bit. Then out of nowhere, an automated voice comes on saying goodbye. Pretty weird!
