They’ve got hold of my information without my consent, and what’s worse, they haven't even bothered to check the Telephone Preference Service before bombarding me with calls. It’s incredibly frustrating having to remind them that I’m on the TPS. If you find yourself in a similar predicament and they keep ringing you, don’t hesitate to lodge a complaint with OFCOM.
