Got a call earlier from some bloke who said his name was Jack. When I asked who he was, he claimed to be from Consumer UK. I told him I’m registered with the TPS but he just shrugged it off, like it didn’t matter. I repeated that I’m on the TPS, and he got even more rude, almost aggressive. Fed up, I told him to stop calling and to get off the “bloody phone.” He then swore at me, calling me a foul name and telling me to f*** off. I said I’d be reporting him to OFCOM and hung up. Quite shocked at how cheeky he was!
