This number called me with an automated warning about unusual charges on my account, but didn't say which company they were representing. They claimed I'd been charged £300 at Amazon and over £1000 elsewhere, urging me to press 1 to talk to someone. Funny enough, I got a very similar call from a local area code just yesterday. That one had quite a lot of static and was hard to make out except for the bits designed to scare me. I just let both calls ring out.
