This bloke rang me up, used my first name straight away, said he was from British Gas and was offering some deals for my business energy since my contract ends next April. Honestly, calling me by my first name when you don't know me just felt a bit cheeky and not very polite, especially for British standards. Plus, I'd never choose British Gas anyway, no matter how cheap they claim to be. Such a rubbish and overpriced company.

this guy neil rang me up from some energy company in solihull, west midlands, claiming to be an energy broker who could sort out a better deal for my business energy. he even knew my name, which was a bit creepy. im on the tps list but that clearly didnt stop him. when i find a minute, ill definitely be reporting him!

They keep ringing me like two or three times every day, always about the same time, but then they just hang up when I answer.

Got a random call out of the blue trying to sell me some energy supply deal. Was so annoying! Didn’t even want what they were offering. Just one of those cold call scams.
