While there are indeed legitimate companies with names alike to ‘Ecogreen’, I couldn’t find any evidence of such businesses involved in home insulation in Scotland. To sum it up, it feels very much like one of those dodgy energy-saving scams reminiscent of the incessant 'Green Deal' calls we used to receive regularly.
