I received a call from someone with a foreign accent claiming to represent BT, insisting they had information regarding a fault with my router. The thing is, I don't even have a BT account! So it's obviously a fraudulent attempt. When I pressed him for more details, he abruptly disconnected the call. Quite dodgy if you ask me!
