I got a call claiming to be from BT about my internet speed and connection, but the person’s accent was so thick I could barely make out what she was saying. When I let her go on for a bit and then mentioned I wasn't a BT customer, she got pretty rude. Seemed like she was trying to con me or something, which I just don’t get!
