I've been receiving numerous calls from this number throughout the day, at all sorts of odd hours. Whenever I pick up, it’s either dead silence or someone speaking in a manner I find difficult to comprehend. So frustrating!

I reckon it's just a dodgy survey; they’ll ring you up later with all sorts of scams tailored to what you’ve said. Best to steer clear, in my opinion!

I’ve been receiving calls from some rip-off merchants going by the name British Choice. They’re definitely up to no good, trying to pry personal information like my age and address. It’s a proper scam, and I’ve had enough of these dodgy calls!

Received a call from a rather raucous call centre. The woman was chattering away at lightning speed, claiming she only required a brief 40 seconds of my time. Naturally, I had to inquire as to what on earth for? If memory serves me right, she mentioned something about researching popular brands. I decided to hang up before it went any further.

Honestly, it's quite shocking how deceitful some callers can be—it really feels like a dodgy tactic. A huge thank you to everyone else who flagged this! I'd advise steering clear of such calls.

I suspect that this is either a nuisance call or a dodgy scheme aimed at harvesting personal information. The caller requested that I verify my name, address, and phone number, all of which they had on hand. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Received a barrage of nine calls since Monday. I've decided to block the number now. My phone labels it as potential spam.

I've been receiving calls from Abingdon in Oxfordshire at the crack of dawn, around 9 o’clock, and again come evening, roughly at 6. Given that it’s a landline number, I suspect it’s likely some sort of call centre dealing with accident claims. Quite the nuisance, I must say!

I didn’t pick up the call because I was making a dash to the loo. Upon glancing at my phone later, I realised it was from a number that didn’t ring any bells. At 71, it’s rather unsettling how frequently these unfamiliar calls are coming through lately.

I received a call from this number on my mobile, but alas, it rang off before I could pick it up. When I tried to return the call from my landline, I was greeted with an unobtainable message. Is this perhaps a scam of some kind? It feels distinctly suspicious, much like other reports I've heard.
