Got a call from an unknown number, and it was just some automated voice saying goodbye before cutting off. Pretty sure it was one of those fake calls.

They said they were from Currys, the electrical shop, but that’s not true at all. It’s just some telemarketers calling. The number looked like it was from Abingdon, Oxfordshire, but I reckon it’s fake because the accent sounded odd and there was a noticeable delay on the line, like it was coming from abroad. I just ended the call straight away. Looks very likely to be a scam.
