I believe this is a dodgy online scam that's been doing the rounds. It kicks off with some automated voice ringing you up and prompting you to hit 1 if you wish to chat with one of their agents. I was warned that my internet service was about to be cut off and that they could resolve the issue for me. Seriously, this is a notorious con, and you'd have to be utterly clueless to get taken in by it!
