These con artists are persistent! I’ll definitely flag them to the Telephone Preference Service since I’m signed up with them.

I've had a rather dodgy call claiming to be regarding some supposed maintenance for Sky. The funny thing is, we don't even have a Sky account! Quite the cheek if you ask me!

The call was intercepted by my call-blocking tool, so it never got to the elderly lady who clearly needs protection. Her number is listed with the Telephone Preference Service, which confirms that they aren't following the rules. I've flagged this number as hazardous due to what seems to be a widespread agreement on the matter.

It was accompanied by a subscription service. It bears a striking resemblance to the phone number for hospital switchboards.

I've been presented with a proposal of £149 connected to a kitchen gadget I recently purchased. There’s a complete lack of specifics – no date, no price, nothing detailing what wasn't quite right about it. They even inquired about my date of birth, which raises my suspicions… feels a bit dodgy, if you ask me.

The caller disconnected when the answering machine asked for information. I've gone ahead and blocked the number.

I received a call where someone inquired if I was Mr Lee. I told them I wasn’t. Their reaction? A rather rude "fine, sod off" came through the line. I decided to add a bit more flair to my reply just before they ended the call.

I received a call from someone insisting that I was owed money for appliance insurance. I found it quite amusing, seeing as I've never even heard of appliance insurance in my life! Once I mentioned this to them, they abruptly terminated the call. Quite the cheeky lot, aren't they?

I just had a call from this number claiming that I was owed £149.86, but when I refused to provide my bank details, they abruptly ended the conversation. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I received a call from this number at exactly 11:54. Imagine my surprise when they hung up the moment my voicemail picked up. Seems pretty consistent with the tactics of those dodgy scammers, doesn’t it?

I received a dodgy phone call claiming to be from SKY, claiming that my broadband connection had been playing up frequently. When I mentioned that I'm in the process of relocating, they hung up on me without a second thought. Quite unscrupulous, if you ask me!

Received a call allegedly from Sky, insisting I had to settle a second payment for my device insurance. I explained that I’m no longer a customer, which seemed to frustrate him. He quickly turned quite pushy and even a bit aggressive, threatening to terminate my Sky services. After the call, I contacted Sky directly, and they confirmed that there had been no such call made to me. Quite the dodgy situation, really!

This company may be Irish in origin, but they’re operating out of England, and honestly, it feels like a nuisance. No one bothers to say anything when you pick up, so my advice? Just ignore their calls altogether!
