Got a call from a woman, sounded Indian, called herself Jenny. She was talking about fixing my boiler. I just hung up straight away. Had these kind of calls a few times now. Totally a scam if you ask me.

Got a call from a bloke named David, sounded like he was either Indian or Pakistani, saying he was with Expert Saver. When I asked where he got my phone number, he just replied with ‘my name’! I told him ‘my name’ is who he’s speaking to, then told him to cut the call because that’s exactly what I’d do. Definitely a SCAM call!!

Stopped them right away.

These lot wouldn't give up, kept ringing me 7 times even after I hung up each time. Had to block them in the end. Not everyone’s got time for that, some of us have stuff like hospital visits to deal with, so yeah, I had to just end the call.

The individual on the line claimed to be from BT and requested my IP address, stating there was an issue with my internet connection.

Seems like a dodgy spam call to me!

I picked up and there was nothing but quiet. Could’ve been a wrong number or something, but they didn’t end the call, so after a bit I just hung up myself.
