I reckon this is tied to a dodgy financial scheme I foolishly got roped into through YouTube. Ever since, my phone’s been buzzing with calls from various unfamiliar landline numbers across the UK, including this one. Whenever I do pick up, it’s always someone with a thick accent, and I promptly hang up. Oddly enough, they never seem to leave a voicemail.
