I think this might be connected to some dodgy financial scheme I foolishly got roped into on YouTube. Since then, I’ve been getting loads of calls from different UK landlines I don’t know, just like this one. When I pick up, it’s always someone speaking with an overseas accent, so I just hang up straight away. They never bother to leave any voicemail either.
