I got a call from someone claiming to be from BT tech support, but the woman had a strong Indian accent and there was a lot of noisy chatter in the background, which didn’t feel very legit. She started with the usual "hello, how are you?" in a very robotic way, making me really doubt it was genuine. In the end, I just ended the call. It all just seemed too rehearsed and fishy to me.
