Just a heads up, this seems to be a fresh scam going around. The number shows a local area code, but the call might come from anywhere really. They told me they took about £700 (can't recall the exact figure) from my Amazon account plus some other charges! I never pressed any number for their "assistance" like they wanted me to. Don’t trust these calls! I double-checked with my bank and luckily everything’s fine so far.
