Got a call from some finance firm claiming they want to send documents for some kind of refund or whatever. Proper irritating, especially since they rang my mum’s mobile - she’s 95 and keeps it just in case of emergencies. We only ever get called in the middle of the night when something's wrong. She’s only given that number to her doctor, her four grandkids, and Vodafone. Who else would they get it from?!
