Got a really pushy call about advertising my company online. I initially thought they were genuine, so I kept listening. Then they put me through to someone else who was even more forceful, trying to convince me to pay for them to advertise on Yahoo and Bing. In the end, I just ended the call.

Got a call today from a lady with an Asian accent, claiming she could help increase clients for my business website. She tried to connect me to someone else, but when I declined, she got pushy and a bit rude, so I ended the call. Then she rang back, but I told her again I’m not interested and hung up once more. A couple of hours later, a withheld number called, another Asian accented woman who admitted she had called before. I told her straight up I wasn’t interested and she just said thanks and goodbye.

They wanted more info but I told them I’d check the directory first before sharing anything. The bloke kept pushing but I stood firm. When I looked up their website, it doesn’t even seem real.
