I received a rather odd call from a bloke who wanted to chat about loft insulation. I mentioned that I’m merely a tenant in my flat, and that such decisions aren’t in my hands. He cut the conversation short and hung up rather abruptly. It was evident that he had ulterior motives and was trying to pull a fast one on me.

Whenever I ring this number, it just says 'number not recognised'. It's linked to several lines that 'Tom' uses to ring about loft insulation. Honestly, I don’t really get what he wants because both times Tom called me (check the comments on 01233 801702) he quickly ended the call as soon as I asked what the call was about. Feels a bit dodgy, like some kind of scam to me.
