I received a call from someone inquiring if they could chat with a certain person, but I couldn't make out the name. I told them I hadn't a clue who they were looking for. Their response was a hasty, "Oh, my mistake-it must be a wrong number?" to which I agreed, and that concluded our brief exchange. Quite an odd approach, really... however, given the volume of lookups and complaints about this number, it's clearly part of a spam scheme.

It's becoming absolutely unbearable, as they won't stop harassing me at all hours. I've had enough and am trying to block and report them. So this number just rang me up on 17/08/20. The bloke actually mentioned my last address and claimed he wanted to discuss my British Gas tariff, which I never had there. He even knew my name!
