I picked up the phone and there was total silence on the other end. Could’ve been an accident dial, maybe a dodgy ppi call or some other sort of scam, who knows?

Got put through to an answerphone, heard a guy with an Indian accent at first, but there was so much noise in the background it was impossible to catch what he was trying to say. Definitely sounded like one of those call centre calls, probably some kind of scam!

Got a call again from an Indian bloke talking about some accident. He told me it wasn’t my fault, but I told him I hadn’t been in any accident. Then he asked if I’d had an accident in the last two years. I said no, and out of nowhere he just cut the call. Strange!

I didn’t pick up, but I saw elsewhere that the person calling was from abroad and was mentioning some kind of accident that apparently never took place. Sounds like another dodgy scam to me.

Got a call from some place sounding like India, total scam vibes. Told them I’m on the TPS list and they acted like they’d never heard of it. Didn’t stick around long enough to hear their spiel, just hung up straight away.

I kept saying hello but all I could hear was some rustling, then silence from 01235 23755. No one ever replied.

I wasn’t home when the call came through, so it must’ve been one of those recorded messages playing, but this lady from some centre kept saying hello again and again like she didn’t realise it wasn’t me she was talking to. Seemed a bit daft to me.
