I got a call that showed up as ‘international’ on my caller ID, but weirdly the number looked like it was from Abingdon? The voice was some kind of automated message claiming to be from BT, threatening my service would be cut off unless I ‘press 1’ for details. How are they managing to fake this? Felt pretty dodgy to me.
