Managed to get through to a BT Business Account Manager who was really helpful and gave me quick and useful tips.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from B.T., saying my business line was going digital by the end of 2024 and that I had to sign a new contract. They said the new deal, which was supposedly similar to mine, would cost around 25% more. So, I rang up B.T. Sales myself to check and was told there’s no rush to change anything. They said I can keep my current contract and gear until May 2025 without any problem. Plus, the new digital contracts are actually cheaper than my current one, which was a surprise!
