I've asked them several times to quit ringing me, but they just keep on doing it...

So this person said they were from the highway agency and mentioned some accident I supposedly had like two years back. I told them it was complete nonsense and they just hung up on me. The voice sounded like a woman, probably with a Liverpool accent or something. They rang me again on 15/9/2016 but this time the caller had a foreign accent, I couldn’t really make out what they were saying, just mumbled a bit then ended the call. I have no clue who it was.

I called them back, but the only thing I heard was "your call is very important to us" on repeat, so I just ended the call.
