This morning I got a call from 01234 030845 but no one spoke when I answered. Seems like a total scam to me, so I’m gonna block it for sure!

Received a call purporting to be from General Electric, inquiring about my washing machine. It seemed rather suspicious, almost as if they were trying to sell something or dig for personal information. I decided it was best to just block the number.

Got a robo call saying HMRC was launching a criminal lawsuit against me, then it said to hit 1 for more info on the case.

After I reported this lot to TPS and Ofcom, the calls finally gave it a rest for about a month. But guess what? They started ringing me again just this morning. They seem to be using loads of different numbers - last time I checked it was about 23. Today, someone even asked for a person who doesn’t even live here, something about a washing machine? Proper annoying. I’m definitely logging another complaint.

Got a call from an Asian lady who checked my name and postcode first. Since I’m waiting for an official appointment tomorrow, I figured it was about that. But then she randomly asked if my washing machine was still working, said thanks, and just ended the call. Proper irritating!

I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent who said his name was Michael something (I couldn't quite catch it) and claimed to be from General Electrics. He asked if I was [my name], and I replied asking what it was regarding. When he asked me to confirm my name again, I refused and told him I'd prefer to know what it was about first. Then he just ended the call. Honestly, they should spend more time doing something worthwhile instead of bothering folks like this.
