Just like the last four people said, it was a dodgy sounding recorded message, all garbled up. Totally looks like a scam to me.

Got a recorded call saying something about 'ppkr maintenance' and that £299 is being taken from my account or card. They said to ring them back to cancel it. Very suspicious!

Got a voicemail saying they’re taking money from my bank and I should ring them up. They also said if I don’t have an account with them, I should still call back. Weird and sketchy for sure.

Got a robo call with someone speaking in what seemed like Chinese, saying they’d take £299 from my account unless I rang them back. Absolutely dodgy - no legit bank would ever contact you like that. Definitely a scam.

Got a recorded call about £199 being taken from my card or bank account? Said it’s linked to something called ppkr maintenance and I should ring them within 24 hours to cancel it. No idea who these people are. Seems dodgy to me.
