Whenever I dial this number, it seems that all of their operators are occupied. I get a message saying that my call is next in the queue. But as soon as someone finally answers, I hear a recording saying that all their agents are currently tied up and that I should hold on. I'm completely stumped as to who might be on the other end. To make matters even stranger, the automated voice sounds distinctly American.
