I keep getting calls from loads of different numbers, mostly from Asia, and honestly, I can barely make out what they're saying. It feels like TalkTalk must have someone working for them who knows all the private info or something. This has happened to me quite a few times now. Their English is pretty rubbish, but they sure know one word well - starts with "f" and ends with "off". You should try it too!

It was quite difficult to decipher what she was on about; here I am at 9 in the morning, being pestered by someone when I've got far more pressing matters to attend to. Especially with family in the hospital, you feel this obligation to pick up, only to be greeted by these irritating nuisance calls. Honestly, it’s just infuriating!

Had another annoying call today, this time from a number claiming to be TalkTalk. I’d already blocked a similar one that kept ringing my phone early in the morning, always around half past eight. It’s weird because our number’s never been listed anywhere, so no clue how they got hold of it. We did use TalkTalk a while back, so maybe that’s where they found us. Either way, that number’s definitely getting put on the block list now.

Got a call at about 8.40 in the morning, but as soon as I didn’t pick up and it went to answerphone, they hung up. When I checked the number, it turned out to be one of those virtual numbers anyone can get. I was hoping it was family since I know someone near Bedford, but nope, it was just a scam.

Got a call from some bloke with an Asian accent claiming to be Peter from TalkTalk's tech team. Yeah, right. Definitely sounded dodgy to me so I've gone ahead and blocked the number. Total scam if you ask me.

got a call from a woman who sounded asian, saying there was an issue with my internet. i asked her what company she was from and for their UK address. she claimed to be from TalkTalk, 11 Evesham Road, London (clearly she’d looked it up). when i queried why someone with a heavy accent and bad english would be working there, she just ended the call. total scam!

Got another call today, different number this time, from someone saying they're with TalkTalk tech support. Told them straight we don’t have any TalkTalk services and hung up. Then, the same number buzzed a bit later, and my wife picked up. She wasn’t happy with how the woman on the line spoke to her and hung up quickly herself. Guess we’re adding one more number to our block list. Looking at our BT call log, nearly 30 calls from blocked numbers have all gone straight to our junk voicemail over the past month.

Got a missed call today, no voicemail left. A couple of days ago, they rang saying they were from TalkTalk’s tech support. I’ve blocked the number now. What’s scary is how they even got my name in the first place!

Had a call from someone claiming to be TalkTalk's tech team saying there were issues with my router. I told them I don’t even use TalkTalk anymore, and they just went quiet and ended the call. I've blocked that number now.

Some bloke called me asking to switch on my computer and count the lights on my router. I told the guy, sounded like he was from Asia, that I couldn’t really move much because of a busted leg. Wasn’t having any of that remote access nonsense on my laptop either. The lad then got a bit shouty, so I just hung up on him!

I got a call from a bloke claiming he was from TalkTalk, saying there was an issue with my router. He asked me to switch on my computer so he could check it remotely. I said no way, I’m not letting some stranger have a look at my machine. He got a bit annoyed, and I wasn’t pleased either. Then he just hung up on me without any explanation. Pretty certain it was a scam. He had an accent that sounded Indian or Pakistani, and there was loads of background noise.
