I received a call from someone purporting to be from Currys PC World, insisting they had an array of fantastic mobile contract deals up for grabs. Sounds a bit suspect, if you ask me!

Got a robo call warning me about "transactions on your card," mentioned something about Amazon and a foreign charge. I didn't click any buttons, figured it was a scam - better safe than sorry. Funny thing is, we recently had some card fraud issues, and we're based in Bedford, which has the 01234 dial code as well. Quite the coincidence!

Got a call out of the blue on the weekend from a place I wouldn’t normally get calls from. Didn’t pick up, and there was no message either. Checked the number today and it seems like it’s probably a scam, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it. Really appreciate this site and the community for making this info easy to find, cheers for that!
