I reckon this is nothing short of a con! A chap rang up claiming he was from BT, insisting they were about to disconnect my internet. He told me to hit 1 if I wanted to chat with an engineer for assistance. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I got a couple of calls yesterday from someone saying they were from BT. There was a recorded message telling me my internet would be cut off unless I spoke to an agent right away. As soon as I hung up, they called me back straight away, and then they rang again this morning. Definitely seems like a scam to me.

Seems like it's that time of year again, summer scams everywhere. This was the third call I've had today, supposedly from BT. The moment I mentioned I worked as an engineer, she just hung up. Also got another call from someone claiming to be in Bedford earlier today.

If you let it go to voicemail, they just hang up straight away. Bedford’s definitely the place for these daft calls today, I’ve got another number from there to look up now.

I picked up and could hear someone else yakking away in the background, like they were totally distracted and hadn’t noticed I came on the line. Definitely felt like a poorly managed call centre. I didn’t say a thing and when they finally tried to speak and got silence, they just ended the call.

Got a call today supposedly from BT saying they were gonna disconnect my service. Definitely a scam. Then they rang again from a number with the same Bedford code but a few digits changed. Blocked them straight away.
