Got a call last Saturday around half past eight in the morning. The person on the line spoke with a foreign accent and the line kept crackling. They said they were from BT and asked if I’d spotted any slow internet issues. They mentioned something about the speed between my router and computer being slow. I told them I’d recently upgraded my service and everything was running fine. Then, without a word, they just hung up on me - no bye or nothing!
