Got a call from a man claiming he was from BT and said there was some internet interference coming from abroad. He asked me to check my router but I wasn’t having any of it, so I just told him no thanks and ended the call.

Got a call from someone called "Sandra" claiming to be with "BT Internet," saying there was strange foreign activity on my phone. Total scam, obviously. I just blocked the number straight away.
