Got a phone call from someone wanting to speak to the owner of a business. I asked them to tell me which business it was about. They were the ones calling, so they should have known right? The guy, who had an Asian accent, couldn’t give me a straight answer. He said he wouldn’t say which company he was with unless he talked to the owner first. I told him that wasn’t going to work - before I put him through, I needed to know which business he was calling from.
