8 yearsToday I got a couple of calls from an automated lady claiming to be from BT, warning me my internet would get cut off today and telling me to press 1 to speak to them. It felt dodgy, especially since I'd just sorted my broadband payment and was worried something had gone wrong. So I ended the call and rang BT myself. The genuine BT told me everything was fine with my account.
