Claimed his name was Tony, but I find that rather hard to believe given his accent. When I questioned him, he mentioned he was affiliated with 118 and their websites. They rang up about our business phone setup and I tried to be polite, but the person on the other end was pretty cold. When they asked if I was the right person to talk about the phones, I said I was, although it’s not really my department. They replied with some sarcastic remark about what I actually do. Seemed like they got annoyed quickly and just cut the call short when I mentioned the Director in charge of phones was away on holiday till Monday.
