Got a call last Thursday at 10:50 and all I heard was some weird noises from the other end, no clue what they were trying to say. Then, after a couple seconds, the call just ended. When I tried ringing back, there was this automated message repeating "someone will be with you shortly" in a strong American accent. Total spam, I reckon.

I got a dodgy call and ended up reporting it to the police.

Around 3:10 in the afternoon on Wednesday, I saw a missed call. Since I was expecting someone to ring me, I decided to call back. When I did, there was an automated voice with an American accent that answered. I didn’t bother staying on and just ended the call. Seems dodgy enough to be a scam if you ask me.
