Got a call from someone pretending to be Amazon Prime, saying an account was opened in my name and £34 taken from my bank. They said the only way to stop it and get a refund was to fill out an online form. I told them I’d check with my bank first. Turns out it’s a scam to infect your computer with a virus and steal your info. Don’t fall for it! I’ve reported it to the Crime Fraud department, hopefully they track these scammers down.
