I didn’t pick up because my phone showed 'Possible Scam' on the screen.

I got a call from someone called “Florina” who said she was ringing from O2 about replacing my SIM card because of some network upgrades nearby. Turns out the upgrades are real, but this SIM card stuff is a total con, which O2 have confirmed. Just a heads up, not everyone realises this straight away. They even send an email that looks proper to try and steal your info. Best thing is to just hang up and block the number, don’t bother with it.
