Got a call the other day from a Bedford number saying my Virgin service was down (I don’t even use Virgin). Told them I wasn’t daft enough to be tricked by their nonsense. She snapped back, “You must be stupid, that’s why we’re calling you,” and then just hung up on me!!! What a joke!
